127 OLYMPIC AVENUE
This was SRA’s sixth project at Milton Park, one of Europe’s largest and most innovative business communities. No 127 was earmarked for three contemporary buildings offering 60,000 sqft of adaptable workspace, in different unit sizes to attract a variety of growing SMEs.
With flexibility vital, we planned each building so tenants could simply put up or take down partition walls as required. This made them equally attractive for offices, studios, workshops or small laboratories.
We recommended arranging the units around a central courtyard, giving the development a sense of community. The rural setting inspired natural lighting and ventilation which we achieved via the high raked ceilings. Externally, the western red cedar cladding sits beautifully in its surroundings.
Achieved on a modest budget, No 127 offers the prestige and quality of being at Milton Park.
