Laboratory Consultant
After graduating from Liverpool University in 1984 with a degree in Architecture, Chris has dedicated his career to creating safe, effective, and future-ready laboratory environments. Formerly a full-time member of staff, he now works with SRA as a Specialist Laboratory Consultant, drawing on decades of experience across all project stages, from concept to operational delivery.
Chris’s portfolio includes laboratory facilities and clean rooms for high-tech / biotech research and commercial organisations alike, incorporating spaces for analysis, robotics, production technology and other specialist applications. Known for integrating features such as QC controlled access, pressure cascades, ATEX environments and specialist gases and sensitive or large-scale equipment, he brings a comprehensive understanding of both spatial and services requirements to every project.
