SRA Architects is seeking recently qualified Architects to join our Bath studio during a period of growth. This is an opportunity to develop your design and professional skills in a collaborative, supportive practice that values people, planet, and place. • The role will involve working alongside the Project Director, leading the successful day-to-day delivery of projects.
• As project leader, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and wider consultant team coordination, as well as involvement with client negotiations.
• Working through each of the RIBA Work Stages; undertaking the negotiations with the statutory bodies (planning and building control), and the delivery of the project on site.
• Participation with a range of design reviews, technical reviews and consultant workshop meetings.
• We have a very experienced collaborative team who will be available to provide you with support and guidance with the role.Your skills and experience:
• A collaborative approach to the design process with strong communication skills
• Experience with all of the RIBA Workstages – Concept to Delivery
• ARB registered Architect with UK experience
• Ideally, a range of cross-sector commercial experience
• Experience with Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign. -
We’re looking for Architectural Technologists with project-leading experience to play a key role in technical delivery, supporting high-quality architecture through clear thinking and robust detailing.

• The role will involve working alongside the Project Director and/or Project Architect, with the opportunity to lead the successful day-to-day delivery of projects from design through to construction and handover.
• As project leader, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and wider consultant team coordination, as well as involvement with client negotiations.
• With a focus on RIBA Stages 3-6, you will be involved in leading the technical design, the negotiations with the building control, and the delivery of the project on site.
• Participation with a range of design reviews, technical reviews and consultant workshop meetings.
• The opportunity to be involved in the SRA technical review panel, reviewing and commenting on the technical design of all projects in the studio.
• We have a very experienced collaborative team who will be available to provide you with support and guidance with the role.Your skills and experience:
• A collaborative approach to the design process with strong communication skills
• Experience with RIBA Workstages 3-6 – though experience of earlier Stages is a benefit.
• Ideally, a range of cross-sector commercial experience
• Competency with Autodesk Revit, NSB Chorus.
