Architectural Assistant
James first joined SRA in 2022 after graduating with first-class honours from the University of Plymouth, where he also served as president of the Architecture Society. While pursuing his Master's in Architecture, James remained involved in the practice, working on projects when he could. He has now graduated from UWE with distinction, earning recognition including the RIBA Wessex Prize for Best MArch Scheme, the John Brown Prize for Design Research, and the Atkins Realis Innovation Award for Postgraduates.
James’s passion for architecture centres on understanding how people use and experience buildings. He brings a personable, thoughtful approach to projects, paired with a focused determination to deliver the best possible solutions.
