Development of Grove Business Park continues at official opening of Boston House

Set within 32 acres of land, Grove Business Park currently provides a mix of existing accommodation from serviced offices to bespoke development plots, appealing to a diverse market and capable of satisfying a wide range of occupier requirements.

With ambitious growth plans, SRA Architects were brought onboard to put together a masterplan that comprises a variety of mixed use speculative development plots ranging from 3,000sqft up to 30,000sqft. In conjunction with the outline planning consent granted for the park masterplan, we are delighted that planning has also been granted for new flexible start-up office space on the park.

As part of this program of development, we were honoured to attend the opening of Boston House, after extensive renovation work. The building was officially handed-back to the tenants in a ceremony that included company owners, contractors, designers and planners.

Our designs for Boston House included a range of high-specification serviced offices, ranging from space for 1 person up to 20 people. Additionally, new communal spaces and rest areas are incorporated into the offering.

Richard Lyall, project director for Grove Business Park Ltd says:

“The flourishing start-up market recognises the importance of spaces like Boston House, that work to achieve a relaxing yet inspiring ambience which is necessary in attracting the young top talent.  We are delighted with the end result and to be delivering 250 serviced work spaces to the Oxfordshire flexible office market.  We look forward to welcoming many more businesses to the park.”

Supporting local, start-up, growing and big businesses, the re-opening of Boston House is an important step in growing the park that provides solutions and work spaces for everyone. Offices, warehousing, storage, laboratory and light industrial accommodation are all available.
