155 Brook Drive at MEPC's Milton Park shortlisted for the Central LABC Excellence Awards as 'Best Commercial Project'

We are delighted to announce that 155 Brook Drive has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Central LABC Building Excellence Awards in the ‘Best Commercial Project’ category. The building, completed in 2017, was constructed for developer MEPC and is home to international ATM and payment service provider DC Payments.

The Local Authority Building Control Regional Building Excellence Awards are the largest B2B awards in the building control sector. Designed to showcase positive working relationships with building control teams, they shine a light on collaboration and partnerships that go the extra mile to achieve success.

155 Brook Drive at Milton Park is a new build two storey office, warehouse and production facility for DC Payments. Throughout the duration of the project, collaboration between the client, tenant, design team, building control teams and contractors was exceptional, making best use of a difficult site and making solutions to complex problems look simple.
